Employees at LSS work alongside healthcare providers, community partners, and local organizations to address food insecurity and other social determinants of health. Team members support innovative programs such as Food in Community, Food as Medicine, and Social Care Networks, serving Medicaid members and families across Western New York. LSS offers meaningful career opportunities for individuals passionate about public health, community wellness, and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
